Personal data we collect: We only collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it through our contact form, including: Full name,
Email address, and Subject and content of your message. We do not collect personal data without your knowledge. If you participate in an event organised by the project (e.g. via Eventbrite or similar tools), those platforms may collect additional data. Their own privacy policies apply in that case.

Purpose and legal basis: We process your personal data for the following purposes: (a) to respond to inquiries and messages submitted through the contact form, (b) to manage event participation and communication when relevant, (c) to fulfil the dissemination and communication duties of the K-Reporters project.

Legal basis: 

  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) – you voluntarily provide data
  • Article 6(1)(e) GDPR (public interest) – EU-funded research and dissemination.

Data retention: We keep your personal data only for the duration needed to answer your request and for the duration of the project and required reporting, unless longer retention is required by law.

Sharing of dataYour personal data may only be shared with: members of the K-Reporters consortium and project coordinator;
service providers strictly for technical needs (e.g., website hosting). We do not transfer, sell, or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Website hosting and analytics: The website has been developed by an external technical provider, Utopig Studio. Technical access to data may be possible only for security and maintenance purposes. The website may use basic analytics tools for statistical purposes. If Google Analytics or similar tools are used, only anonymised information is processed and no personal profiles are created. You may block cookies and analytics through your browser settings.

Cookies: Currently, this website does not intentionally use cookies to identify users. Cookies may be installed by third-party services (e.g. Eventbrite, embedded media, analytics). Users can configure their browser to refuse cookies or to delete them.
